 The Langtang Valley is home to Nepal's red panda, Himalayan thar, and lovely mixed conifer and rhododendron forest. Native yak wool dress, ropes, blankets and locally made cheese are testimony to the yak's importance among these Tamang and Bhotia herders. The trek follows the rushing Langtang Khola (river) up into a glacially carved valley lined with snowy peaks. From Kyangjin Gompa (3900 m), you can explore nearby glaciers and valleys on day hikes. You can visit Teserko Ri(4950) where from you can see the very nice view.

Day 05: Thulo Sybru to Lama Hotel(2500m)

Day 08: Kyanjingomba to Yala Peak B.C.
Day 09: Summit Yala peak(5600 m), return to Kanjingompa

The Gosainkund Lakes are one of the Himalaya's most important pilgrimage spots. The trek follows this ancient path from Dhunche through high pastures and forests to the holy lakes {4,328 m /14,200 ft) and crosses Laurebina La (pass), into the Helambu region. These holy lakes are the sites of an August full-moon festival, known as Janai Purnima, attended by some 10,000 religious pilgrims and jhankris (shamans). This route connects the Langtang Valley and Helambu treks via Laubina La (pass). The pass and lodges between Sing Gompa and Kutumsang are generally closed December through February. Along the route, you'll encounter herder and farmer settlements of Nepal's Tamangs arid Yolmus, peoples who migrated centuries ago from Tibet. Views from the high ridge look east onto Dorje Lakpa and the Jugal Himal. The trek also is done in reverse, beginning in Helambu and ending in Dhunche.
