Rolwaling is the east-west valley below Gauri Shanker (7,145m), just south of the Tibetan border. This is an extremely isolated and remote region of Nepal and is somewhat of a paradox to it's neighboring valley of the Solu-Khumbu- This trek starting in the Rolwaling region will travel through the villages of Beding and Na. This is a very remote section and to experience other trekkers is very uncommon. Thus reaching to the Tesi Lapacha pass (5755m) to drop into the Solu-Khumbu region and to the village of Thengpo and then Thame. Then eventually reaching Namache and enjoying the fruits of your long journey with the modern hospitality of this beautiful village. If you want the best of both worlds in your trek this is the trek for you.
Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathrnandu.
Day 02 : Sight seeing in Kathmandu.
Day 03 : Drive to Kathmandu to Dolakha.
Day 04 : Dolakha to Suru Dhovan, camp outside Dhovan (3360 ft.), 5/6hours Trek.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2850 m) and trek to Phakding (elev 2652 m) 3-4 hrs walk
Day 04: Trek to Namche (elev. 3445 m) 5-6 hrs walk from Phakding
Day 05: Namche: Visit Sherpa cultural museum (acclimatization)
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (eiev. 3870 m): visit Tengboche Monastery
Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche (elev. 4390 m) 4-5 hrs walk
Day 08: Dingboche to Loboche (5050 m.)
Day 09: Loboche - Visit Kalapatar (5545 m) - return to Gorakshep(5350m)
Day 10: Visit Everest B.C., return to Lobuche
Day 11: Loboche to Chukung
Day 12: Chukung to Island peak B.C.
Day 13: Summit Island Peak, return to B.C.
Day 14: Island Peak B.C. to Tengbuche
Day 15: Tengboche to Namche
Day 16: Namche to Lukla
Day 17: Lukla to Kathmandu
Day 18: Kathmandu, O/N at Hotel.
Day 19: International Departure.
